When things get critical:

Recognising a crisis in good time is crucial for its course.

The triggers and initiators of crisis situations are diverse, and not all business decisions are applauded, even if they are necessary. Or mistakes happen despite every caution, rule and regulation. Or external influences put the organisation at risk. For all causes the following applies: identifying them in good time has a decisive influence on the course of the critical situation. This is how you create room for manoeuvre, including for communication.

Communication shapes perception. Especially in critical situations.

Our approach: we take a close look and develop options for action, and we are usually ready to act within 24 hours. Not every critical situation needs to be publicised: our consulting services are successful when they support entrepreneurial goals, not when you are in the press as often as possible. However, informing the public is often unavoidable. In such cases we develop a plausible and authentic line of argument that also shows the way out of the crisis.

How do we support our clients during the crisis?
