The international aid organisation:

missio – the international Catholic missionary organisation of the Church in Germany – is part of a global network of around 120 Catholic missionary organisations that look back on a history of around 190 years.

missio sustainably supports aid projects in Africa, Asia and Oceania together with local churches, and at the same time promotes a change in awareness in Germany through its campaign work.

Our task:

In its communication until now, the missio identity has not been sufficiently clear to set it apart from other organisations.

Together, we bring to life the particular core of the aid organisation.

Our way:

  • In a workshop, we use systemic modules to elucidate what makes missio so special. In this way we set down the preconditions for the development of the missio story.
  • The missio story serves as an identity-building basis that conveys missio’s self-image and its fields of activity and also makes these emotionally tangible.
  • Identity-based communication measures such as image brochures, flyers and an image film are developed based on this story.
  • All measures are based on the creative guiding idea: charity that stays
