The vigilius mountain resort is a climate-friendly 5-star design hotel on the car-free Vigiljoch in South Tyrol.

Designed by architect Matteo Thun, the building looks back on more than 20 years of success. Guests appreciate the vigilius for its architecture, its sustainable holistic concept and its exposed location in the middle of nature.

Our task:

The hotel’s communications campaign was no longer state-of-the-art and did not convey its fundamental soul.

The lack of identity also made itself apparent within the organisation. This is why we accompanied vigilius in a wide-ranging branding process.

Our way:

We realise a project to define the brand identity with communication that conveys the innermost character to the outside.

  • As part of systemic workshops with responsible managers and representatives of the owner family, we determine the basis for clarifying and sharpening the identity.
  • We develop a corporate story that reflects the spirit of the resort in all its facets.
  • This forms the basis for a holistic communication concept that impacts both internally and externally.
  • The central idea sums up what makes the hotel special. simply: be is the attractive proposition for all those who long for peace and relaxation, and at the same time it is the guiding principle for the employees.
  • The Employee Guide enriches the corporate story with stories from employees, guests and the region, and brings the hotel’s identity to life in an emotional way.
  • simply: be is also displayed on the website – welcome to the vigilius mountain resort.
